Monica joined Spence & Partners in August 2001 as a pensions administrator. During her time in the administration team, Monica gained extensive experience in the transfer of schemes to the Pension Protection Fund (PPF).

In 2007 she brought the benefit of that experience together with her mathematical skills into the actuarial team.

Monica is now studying for her actuarial exams.
