Neil Copeland

Neil entered the pensions industry in 1990, joining a major employee benefits consultancy where he was responsible for managing the administration team before moving into the consultancy team in 1995.

Neil helped found Spence & Partners in 2000.

Neil provides specialist technical advice and support to numerous trustee boards on a wide range of pension issues.

Neil advises trustees across many industry sectors, most commonly relating to the strategic management of occupational pension schemes.

Neil is a Fellow of the Pensions Management Institute.
