Neil Copeland BSc APMI
Neil entered the pensions industry in 1990, joining a major employee benefits consultancy where he was responsible for managing the administration team before moving into the consultancy team in 1995.
Neil helped found Spence & Partners in 2000.
Neil is Head of the Trustee Advisory practice providing specialist technical advice and support to numerous trustee boards on a wide range of pension issues.
Neil advises trustees across many industry sectors, most commonly relating to the strategic management of occupational pension schemes.
Neil is an Associate member of the Pensions Management Institute.
