Victoria Phillips

Victoria currently works within the pensions administration team, acting as a senior pensions administrator on a variety of clients. Victoria has extensive systems experience, and her strengths center on technical administrative issues.
Before joining Spence & Partners in October 2008, Victoria entered the pensions industry in September 2004 following graduation and worked for a benefit consultancy in both the administration and data systems teams.
Victoria is a member of the Pensions Management Institute and has completed her Diploma in Retirement Provision. She continues to study towards the Advanced Diploma in Retirement Provision.
