Spence & Partners specialises in advising on and managing defined contribution and final salary pension schemes in the UK and is part of an integrated group of companies that includes:

  • Dalriada Trustees, a leading independent trustee firm and
  • Veratta, a data management, information security, software development and IT support business.

Our group of companies operates in the pensions and financial services industry from 8 offices across the UK including, Belfast, Glasgow, Leeds, Manchester and London. As a graduate with us you will have the opportunity to work on our wide range of clients across the group, as part of, or alongside, our actuarial & investment team, our technical pensions administration team and our pension consultants and trustee representatives from our sister firm Dalriada Trustees. In doing so, you will develop skills and experience that will give you the foundations to build a strong sustainable career in the pensions industry or further afield in the future.

What Graduate positions do we have available?

We have two graduate trainee programmes open to applications.

Suitable candidates will be currently completing the final year of their degree in a discipline relevant for the role they wish to apply for, or will have recently graduated with such a degree. Specific details of each of the programmes can be found following the links below:

Successful candidates will be offered a permanent full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday. The role holder may be required to work across the United Kingdom and may be expected at times to travel. There is a six month probationary period from commencement of employment.
