On the back of continued business success, leading actuary and administrator, Spence & Partners, continue to strengthen their servicing team, despite the economic background. Colette Sharpe joins Spence & Partners as Head of Fund Accounting with responsibility for the entire fund accounting provision and cash management facility for both Spence and Partners Ltd. and Dalriada Trustees.

With over 17 years fund accounting experience Colette played a crucial role in the development and management of Mercer’s fund accounting facility. For over 10 years Colette headed the Belfast accounts department progressing to being responsible for the accounts team across the UK. Under Colette’s supervision the Spence & Partners accounting department will continue to provide high quality fund accounting services. Colette’s experience will be used to expand the range of services offered and to oversee the delivery of a unique new automated pension fund auditing tool launched by the firm last month. Neil Copeland, a Director at Spence & Partners commented “I believe Colette’s appointment marks a significant strengthening of resources and the opportunity to provide clients with a more comprehensive pension fund accounting service.” For further information please contact David Davison at Spence & Partners (www.spenceandpartners.co.uk) on 0141 331 1004.
