Cyril is Head of Pensions Delivery and his primary focus is on developing and delivering Spence and Partners’ innovative services.
Having graduated from Queen’s University and the University of Ulster, Cyril has gained significant administration and consulting experience during 25 years working for leading employee benefit consultancies.
Cyril is a Fellow of the Pensions Management Institute, an Associate of the Chartered Governance Institute and is a PRINCE2 Practitioner.
