Rachael joined Spence and Partners in July 2020 and currently works in the Risk and Audit team.
Prior to joining Spence, Rachael enjoyed 10 years in the IT Industry working in Quality, Compliance and Customer Service roles, gaining a range of experience with ISO standards, Improvement & Quality methodologies, and working with a variety of corporate and public sector clients with a focus on developing customer engagement.
Rachael holds a BSc in Business Economics from Queens University and a MSc in Management and Corporate Governance from the University of Ulster.
