Rachel Sarah Graham

Rachel is a Payroll Administrator at Spence. Part of her duties is to process the monthly payroll and ensure the pensioners get paid this includes running and checking that the payroll and also submitting reports to HMRC on time. Rachel also completes the End of Year procedures to allow members to get P60’s.

Before joining Spence in November 2018, Rachel built up experience in the Pension Industry over the past 6.5 years dealing with both Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution Pension Schemes.

In the past 3 years Payroll has been introduced to her job role where she has trained with her previous Finance Department to become involved in this process therefore building on her knowledge and understanding of the importance of getting payroll right. Attending HMRC Webinars to ensure the processes are in place and then raising concerns (if there is any) with Management Team in order to get the job done on time.
