Leigh serves as the Risk and Compliance Manager in our Risk, Audit & Compliance team, having joined 3173 in March 2025. With over 20 years of experience in the Risk and Compliance field, Leigh brings a deep expertise in Operational Risk, particularly within the banking sector. She started her career at NatWest, where she lived and worked in London for two years after relocating from Glasgow.
After returning to Glasgow, Leigh transitioned into the Investment Banking industry, working with Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley. During her time with Morgan Stanley, she spent two years in Budapest, helping to establish a new office, manage the transition of functions from Glasgow, and set up the Risk Management Framework.
