Alicia is a People & Culture Advisor here at Spence and Partners. Some of her key responsibilities include on-boarding any new starters, recruitment, working closely with our L&D partner to ensure training is being rolled out, and supporting our our employees across the our Dalriada Trusteeship and Corporate service functions. Alicia is also the Governance, Risk & Compliance Champion for the People & Culture Function. She is extremely organised and has great communication skills, which help on a day to day basis.
