In March 2024 Barry joined Spence IT department as IT helpdesk manager with nearly 20 years in the IT service industry.
Over the course of his career, Barry has held a range of technical and customer-facing roles, including Service Desk support, Field Engineering, and Systems Administration. His broad experience has equipped him with a deep understanding of IT operations and end-user support.
Known for his exceptional communication skills and approachable demeanour, Barry takes pride in being the first point of contact, delivering a reliable and solutions-focused service.
