Craig has 20 years’ experience within the industry with a broad pensions knowledge having previously worked in a technical department for a TPA.
Craig has an in-depth knowledge of the operation of final salary and hybrid schemes and experience of all aspects of day-to-day administration. With firsthand experience of ongoing and ad-hoc projects, Craig previously led a team responsible for schemes transitioning to buy-in / buy-out.
As an administration team leader, Craig builds good working relationships with external clients ensuring projects are completed in a timely manner.
