Description
Joel is a Business Studies graduate from Ulster University & MSc IBM & Finance graduate from Heriot Watt.
He have carried out an industrial placement year as a Fund Account Placement Student with Spence and Partners. With Spence, Joel was working with the Treasury team. His main role involved processing client pension payments and managing inflows and out flows of cash for client pension accounts while carrying out general administration for the schemes in which the company controls.
Joel has also held a role in the Business Support team & more recently the Irregular team, partaking in FCF work while completing both the final year of my undergraduate degree and my year long Masters degree. Currently he is an Accounts Technician with Spence and Partners in Glasgow.
In wider life, Joel is a keen sportsman with an interest in hockey, football, rugby and F1. He enjoys both playing and coaching hockey, expressing an interest in grassroots development of the game and working with youth teams to maximise development and enjoyment.
