Jon Hargreaves joins as Senior Pensions Administrator, Jon is known for his approachability, confidence, and organisational skills. He excels in managing additional benefits and factor calculations, bringing a wealth of expertise to his position.
For the past six years, Jon has worked within the Civil Service Pension Scheme, where he served as a Subject Matter Expert for additional benefits. He led a Statement of Work team focused on rectification work related to these benefits, regularly liaising with governmental departments and the Cabinet Office. Jon introduced streamlined and efficient processes that significantly accelerated business operations and increased profitability.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his five-year-old son, Toby. His interests include films, music, and supporting Stockport County football club. When he finds a moment of peace, Jon also enjoys reading.
