Katie is an experienced pensions administrator with over five years of service in DB pensions administration. Starting as a call handler, she swiftly progressed to the role of Trainee Administrator, mastering the intricacies of pension schemes. Her journey led her to become the primary scheme administrator for the second-largest scheme in her office, where she honed her skills in managing complex pension arrangements.
Amid the challenges posed by COVID-19 in November 2020, Kate started a new role, where it allowed her to work on smaller, more intricate pension schemes. Broadening her understanding and refining her capabilities in the DB field.
Outside of work, Kate leads a vibrant and active life, sharing her passion for cinema and live music with her husband, often attending gigs and film festivals together. An avid volunteer, Kate contributes her time to film festivals, particularly enjoying the vibrant scene in Glasgow. She keeps active through regular Zumba classes, occasional 5-a-side football matches, and bouldering sessions.
