Maeve is a member of the People & Culture team, tasked with aligning HR strategies with business goals, and providing guidance and support to encourage a high performing and positive culture at Spence.
Maeve has experience in generalist and specialist HR roles within professional services and private and public sector organisations. Her previous role was within a global law firm where she supported the firm through its growth within Northern Ireland and beyond.
Outside of work, Maeve teaches Irish dancing, is a keen singer and loves skincare and makeup. She tries to get to the gym, and her daughter keeps her busy being a personal chauffeur!
