Description
Michael is a partner in Burges Salmon’s pensions team and has over 20 years of experience in the public sector. He is a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers’ and the Society of Pensions Professionals’ public sector sub-committees. He has advised on the pension aspects of major projects involving public service pension schemes, such as council restructuring, staff transfers, asset and liability amalgamation, and ethical investment issues. He is the lead pensions adviser on the firm’s work under the CCS Pensions Legal Panel and the LGPS National Framework for Legal Services.
