Description
Patrick joined Spence and Partners in July 2024 as a pension administrator for his placement year, which is a part of his Finance degree from Queen’s University Belfast.
Whilst working within the ongoing admin team, Patrick has gained experience working directly with scheme members and client managers on a number of DB schemes.
Patrick also had the opportunity to assist the risk and audit function, working on conflict of interest and due diligence checks for new clients as part of client take-on. This gave him the chance to explore other functions within the business.
Spence have sponsored Patrick for his final year of university, and he is a part of the 2026 graduate programme.
