Ross graduated from University of Exeter with a First in Economics and Distinction in a Finance & Investment Masters.
Ross previously worked at Hymans Robertson in Manager Research, dealing with equities, multi asset, and multi asset credit. He also assisted the Capital Markets team, determine asset class views for the model portfolio.
Ross joined Spence in September 2025 to lead on Investment Manager Researcher covering equities, fixed income, multi asset, and alternative investments. He is also a CFA charterholder.
