All our administration and accounting procedures audited annually in accordance with AAF01/20 and we have reported no exceptions since we began this reporting in 2010.

Quality Assurance Scheme

We are accredited by the IFoA actuarial quality assurance scheme (“QAS”) certification, following an in-depth and independent audit.



Data security poses a significant risk to trustees and members. Spence is one of very few pension administration firms to be certified to ISO27001:2013 & ISO9001:2015 standard.

Our processes and controls have been documented and independently audited in accordance with AAF 01/20.

Cyber Essentials Plus
