Zoe Monahan

Zoe is the HR Generalist at Spence and is responsible for leading the development of a talent attraction plan and building our employer brand. She is actively involved in the employee induction process, supports the HR team on HR projects and provides advice on employee relations processes. Zoe is a member of our Mental Health and Wellbeing Committee.

Before joining in 2020 Zoe worked across many organisations in the IT, FMCG and public sectors in HR Generalist roles, focusing on employee relations, leadership development, assessment and recruitment.
