Spence & Partners strengthens its sales team with appointment of Adrian Chapman as UK Lead

Spence & Partners (Spence), one of the leading providers of pensions advisory and data services to pensions schemes in the UK, has today announced the appointment of Adrian Chapman as its UK Sales Lead.

Adrian will help Spence continue to develop its sales capabilities and grow the wider business. He joins Spence following over six years at global pensions consulting firm Mercer, where he led the UK Trustee Sales team across three channels: Defined Benefit (DB) Trust Based Schemes, Life Company Services, and Public Sector.

Prior to his role at Mercer, Adrian held roles at several life insurance firms including Prudential, Royal London, and Eagle Star before becoming a Director at ITM Limited and Head of Sales Strategy and Proposition Development at Capita Employee Benefits.

Commenting on the appointment, Adrian Chapman said: “I am delighted to be joining Spence and to lead such a well-established team. The firm has already developed a strong reputation within the sector, and I look forward to meeting my new colleagues and clients and helping to further the growth of the business.”
